PARTNERSHIPS

GAT partnered with IFES on the project "Enhancing Women’s Political Participation and Representation in Governance (EWPP&RG)" in Kaduna State in 2024.

GAT partnered with Christian Aid on the "Voice to the People (V2P)" project in Kaduna State from August 2016 to June 2018. Another collaboration was the "Collective Action for Adolescent Girls Initiative (CAAGI)" in Zango Kataf and Chikun LGAs of Kaduna State from April 2016 to December 2018

GAT collaborated with OSIWA on "Women Expanding the Civic Space and Responding to GBV in the Northwest Zone, Nigeria" in 2023. They also worked on "National Training Workshop on Gender.

GAT engaged with UNICEF on various projects, including "Gender Responsive Budgeting Training for Budget Officers of 7 Line Ministries and Planning officers of LGA" in Kaduna in June 2012. They also worked on "Community Outreach on HIV/AIDS" in Kaduna State in 2003. Other collaborations include "Gender Sensitization/Mainstreaming for 20 Government Focal persons and some selected NGOs of UNICEF “C” Field Office (8) States" in Kaduna State in 2002.

GAT worked with NDI on the "Legislative Advocacy Campaign for the Adoption of Violence Against Persons Prohibition (VAPP) Act in Kaduna State" from February 2018 to January 2019. They also partnered on Women in Politics

GAT partnered with UNDP on "Provision of Support for Women’s Participation and Mainstreaming of Gender Equality in the Constitutional Review process (North –West Zone)" in Sokoto in November 2012. They also worked on "Voters Education for Provision, Of Support To Women In The Local Government Elections In Plateau State" in Jos North & Bassa LGA’s of Plateau in 2012. Additionally, GAT and UNDP collaborated on training workshops for Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) in Kafanchan, Jema’a LGA of Kaduna State in 2002.
